What to send us
- A deck or one-pager describing the core technical differentiation — not the market size, the physics.
- A description of where you are in the capital process: have you begun fundraising, do you have term sheets, is this a pre-process conversation?
- Names of co-investors you're working with, if any. We lead or co-lead Series A rounds and work with other institutional investors.
- Whether you need a technical-depth investor specifically, or whether you're evaluating fit across multiple investor types.
We read everything sent to [email protected]. Response time is typically one to two weeks. We don't hold NDAs for initial outreach.
What we don't fund
We are focused investors. We do not make investments in software-only AI, consumer hardware, enterprise SaaS, medical devices, climate tech, biotech, or real estate tech — regardless of how compelling the opportunity. Our three partners have deep domain expertise in a small number of technical areas; we don't stretch outside them.
